Your role will report direct­ly into the Lead Pro­duc­er with­in a high­ly col­lab­o­ra­tive team of pro­duc­ers, design­ers and edi­tors.

You will work across a range of cre­ative briefs, from motion-heavy projects of days in length and bespoke sta­t­ic designs to short time frame video edit­ing requests. You will also be involved in cre­ative brain­storms and ideation across the account, and there will be oppor­tu­ni­ties to devel­op new design skills while assist­ing oth­er team mem­bers across briefs.

Cel­e­bra­tion of our work with the BBC is a key part of this con­tract, and you will work close­ly with the Senior Pro­duc­er through­out the year to design show­cas­es of Cold Glass Pro­duc­tions’ work as part of our quar­ter­ly client meet­ings.

The ide­al per­son for this role is an ambi­tious design­er with a pas­sion for social media design and video con­tent, look­ing to devel­op and refine their design skills. You will be able to work fast and flex­i­bly to meet shift­ing project demands, while ensur­ing every deliv­er­able is high qual­i­ty, engag­ing and deliv­ered on sched­ule.

~Key Respon­si­bil­i­ties~

- Work­ing with­in the BBC team to pro­duce best-in-class social video and design con­tent on a dai­ly basis

- Gen­er­at­ing new ideas for client briefs and cam­paigns

- Work­ing close­ly with the team to design con­tent show­cas­es for the client

~Expe­ri­ence~

- Excel­lent knowl­edge of Pre­miere Pro and Pho­to­shop is essen­tial, a good under­stand­ing of After Effects is desired

- Demon­stra­ble under­stand­ing of social video and social plat­forms is essen­tial

- Expe­ri­ence of illus­tra­tion is desired, but not essen­tial

- Excel­lent organ­i­sa­tion and time man­age­ment skills are essen­tial

- Demon­stra­ble under­stand­ing of the social media land­scape and pop cul­ture
